Happy Monday!
This week has a similar feel to last week as far as energy upgrades go. We continue to release all past lifetimes and lower timelines through the Collective Purge taking place. It is common to feel pressure within your body, followed by waves of light energy. Our physical selves are working overtime re-balancing our nervous systems. Some of you may feel anxiety during this process, while others a bit under the weather. The most important thing is that you are IN THE FLOW. Let things move through you and let them go. This is how we get out of the karmic loop!
Physical symptoms may include headaches or head pressure, third eye or sinus pressure, jaw irritation, irritated throat, heavy chest or anxiety feeling, stomach issues, muscle aches, vivid dreams and extreme exhaustion. Salt baths and being barefoot outside will help. Rest as much as possible, guilt free.
As this continues to become more intense, we will become increasingly more aware of not only the higher realms, but also truth of earthly information.
If you haven’t noticed already, there is MUCH being shown regarding the GLOBAL trafficking of children. I only bring this up because it is HEAVY in the collective energy field this week. This creates the next tower moment for the people. If you are already aware, then simply hold the space for those who are newly awakened to it. It is an intense subject that holds a lot of dark energy. This needs to be processed, accepted as truth, and released. Otherwise, our Ascension as a collective will be a bit stuck. As Lightworkers, we agreed to process this first and make room for everyone else to follow. I just remind you not to stay within the energy of this topic. Don’t sit in your personal emotions too long. Otherwise, it will have a negative effect on your energy field.
The New Moon in Cancer today is helping us to balance ourselves! Acknowledge what needs attention and have the courage to make the necessary changes moving forward. Breathe through it. This is a power lesson before the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal!
