Happy Scorpio Season!

This week feels calmer than last week, gratefully.  There is a focus on the individual self, as well as physical body in the air.  Make sure you are in a peaceful daily routine (as much as possible).  This includes getting enough sleep, downtime to relax, drinking plenty of water, eating extra fruits, exercising or walking, taking salt baths, keeping your mind and energy clear, and holding strong boundaries with those around you.

You may feel extra tired during this energy!  Vivid dreams are also common.  However, vivid dreams are more a translation of what your soul self is doing in other dimensions.  Dreams are the only way your physical brain can understand it sometimes.

Follow your intuitive senses right now!!!  We are ALL getting information and higher knowledge through those senses.  It’s just matter of who is, or is not, listening.  These are the things that determine which timeline you are on.  Your thought process, decisions you make, and the emotions and intent behind it all.  Pay attention to the signs given to you.  Go with your first gut feel.  

You will really need to anchor into the lower chakras this week and ground!  It’s important to listen to the clues your body gives.  Slowing down will be the key this week.  We don’t always need to be in a hurry!  One of the biggest changes humans will have to adjust to is the need to slow down and be more in the moment, and out of the fight or flight mode.  The rush is not how it’s supposed to be.
