Happy Full Moon Energy!

The Wolf Moon just passed, and we are still in its energy!  Wolves represent family, loyalty, and protection.  This is so strong in the collective energy this weekend.  It’s trying to bring us into alignment with our true selves. 

Where do you feel like you are not living authentically?  If you have answers to this question, then it’s time to make adjustments.  You will have choices to make.  Situations may arise that will have you looking in the mirror.  YOU are in charge of you!

Focus on gratitude and visualizing what you DO want your life to look like, rather than what you don’t want.  This only draws more of that energy to you.  Be mindful when you’re doing this.

We are into February later this week already!  Can you believe t-i-m-e?  Notice its circular movements, lately?

Physical symptoms may extend from last week, with the addition of stomach problems and nausea.  Low blood sugar is also going to be felt, as our bodies need a lot more fuel to move the energy through faster.  Extra organic fruits, and healthy fats are good to add this week!

There is a voidy feeling with much of the collective.  As we continue to ascend, we are in a ‘no man’s land.’  Don’t let it give you anxiety.  We are letting our souls, and our newly conscious selves lead the way from here on out.  

Use your grounding tools.  Be creative to help balance your energy.  Rest.  Meditate.  Laugh 🙂
